Seagate - Sports Consulting / Representation
Seagate Technology hired Band on an annual retainer for the past six years. During this time, Band has managed the negotiation, service and implementation of all Seagate sports sponsorships. (e.g., signage placement, tickets and suites, creating cause marketing programs, etc) while working with Seagate's marketing staff to assist in determining strategy, identifying objectives and setting goals- both strategically and budgetary. These sponsorships represented million dollars in marketing budget annually and included 15 of Seagate's premiere sponsorships across the country.
Band also presented and implemented exclusive hospitality programs for Seagate's Sales Division. This required research of "memorable experience" events for Seagate's key accounts that are accustomed to high-end hospitality. Through this research Band executed two hospitality events:
